  • General Pediatrician – South Monterey County, CA

    Mee Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a full-time General Pediatrician to join our team in South Monterey County, CA. This position offers a competitive salary of $280,000-$325,000, depending on experience and whether the role is outpatient only or includes call coverage for inpatient pediatrics. Additional benefits include a sign-on and relocation bonus, flexible scheduling with 8-hour or 10-hour clinic days, and the opportunity to practice across three outpatient locations:

    • Children’s Health & Wellness Center (King City) – A pediatrics-focused clinic providing comprehensive child health services.

    • King City Multispecialty Clinic – A high-volume clinic with integrated primary and specialty care.

    • Albert and Donna Oliveira Clinic (Greenfield) – A primary and multispecialty care clinic serving a diverse patient population.

    Pediatricians will see a manageable patient load of 20-24 patients per day in a well-supported setting with on-site laboratory and imaging services. For those interested, there is an option for inpatient pediatric coverage at our affiliated acute care hospital for additional compensation.

    Loan Repayment & Nonprofit Benefits:
    Providers may qualify for student loan repayment programs through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) or California SLRP. As a nonprofit healthcare system, Mee Memorial also qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

  • Family Practice Physician — South Monterey County, CA

    Mee Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a full-time Family Practice Physician to join our team in South Monterey County, CA. This position offers a competitive salary of $310,000-335,000 plus sign-on and relocation bonus, flexible scheduling with 8-hour or 10-hour clinic days, and the opportunity to practice in two outpatient clinics: King City Multispecialty Clinic and Albert and Donna Oliveira Clinic (Greenfield). Physicians will see a manageable patient load of 20-24 patients/day in a well-supported setting with on-site laboratory and imaging services. For those interested, there is an option for separate inpatient hospitalist coverage at our affiliated acute care hospital for additional compensation. Additionally, providers may qualify for student loan repayment programs through NHSC or SLRP. It is a nonprofit healthcare system and also qualifies for PSLF.
